This LINK comes from researching the technology in education resource center which is a site the U.S. Department of Education funded as a nationwide initiative called the Regional Technology in Education Consortia (R*TEC). website. It is just to give an example of what some of the U.S. Dept of Education's recommendations are for good sites for teachers. It links to all sorts of valuable information on how to use technology in education, specific grades, and new advances.
